Beth was very helpful helping me with my case. I hope to never need a lawyer again but should the case arise, I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Beth Tibbott was fantastic. She helped me in a time when I needed advice the most. She was always professional and would answer any questions very quickly. Most lawyers are "hard to reach" and I cannot say the same about Beth. Highly recommend her!!

I can't say enough great things about Beth Tibbott. She is so professional, helpful and attentive. I needed to hire a lawyer in Cambria County (I'm in Philadelphia), and I found her on Google. I saw her reviews and decided to call & hire her. She put my mind at ease immediately. Being 4 hours away by car, I never met her in person, but she is so easy to get a hold of, talk to, and she made everything convenient as far as making payments, and getting court dates scheduled SO quickly. She got our situation squared away seamlessly. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Beth was fantastic! My son has been in a decent amount of fairly normal college drama, but I honestly thought he did it this time. However, she went above and beyond a normal call of duty, to not only ensure he received a reasonable punishment, but also to help put him on the right track going forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing any kind of legal counsel. Thanks so much!

Sound legal advise when dealing with child custody matters. I have had the privilege of working with Attorneys Beth Tibbott and Dana Richardson in conjunction with my counsel in Chicago. Both of these professionals are highly skilled and knowledgeable in the matters of Family Law. This firm takes your case personal not as a number on the court docket . Beth and Dana take the time to explain your options in matters of the law.. They provide quick response , and if cannot provide an answer will scour to find one. By far one of the best legal teams you can work with .

Dana & Beth are the absolute best at what they do: Criminal & Family Law. I have had the privilege of working closely with both of them and their team over the past decade. They are second to none in their relentless pursuit to keep each of their customers happy.
I recommend them without hesitation!

I had a wonderful experience with this law firm and was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. Dana has a lot of experience in family law and has a winning track track record in that area.

Best Law Firm Ever!! The attorneys at this office are super professional and extremely helpful and willing to communicate at any hour of the day even if it is a total inconvenience to their life. I recommend that if you want someone to fight for you with the same energy that you will fight for yourself that you give this firm a chance. The support staff is also amazing and very attentive.

Attorney Tibbott helped my family member when she got a DUI. She could have lost her license for a whole year, but Attorney Tibbott made it so she didn't lose her license for even one day. The whole office is very professional and caring. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with a DUI charge.

Like the man above, basically paid $1500 for nothing. 8 months later and our only response from her secretary is “We’ll have her call when she gets a chance.” Beth Tibbott is the assigned lawyer for what should have been an easy divorce and through email her only responses were 3 months ago that there was an error in the paperwork (assuming on her behalf) and now that the paperwork was filed. Both parties were present and agreed and signed paperwork back in late April and it’s now January.

I would without a doubt recommend Tibbot & Richardson to anyone looking at a DUI case. They were very professional, very thorough and very nice to work with. Beth gave me my life back in my opinion. People make mistakes, and they understand that, and they fight to make sure you'll be able to move on from your case, not have life ruined because of it. I owe my career and family life to Beth, she really did give me a great opportunity to turn life around! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Beth Tibbot assigned me a lawyer (who was actually a real estate agent doing law on the side) for a PFA case that my mentally ill and narcissistic ex girlfriend filed falsely against me following a breakup. What should have been a cheap and simple case turned into a 6 month long ordeal. They charged me $1000 for the case (I later found out the average fee for a PFA case was between $200-$500...) We asked for a continuance on the day of my hearing, because I was blindsided with PFA paper work one day before me hearing was scheduled. When the paperwork was filed against me, local police confiscated my firearms. On the day of my hearing, my primary goal was to have my firearms returned to me. I made a plea bargain at the hearing for a no-contact order for 2 years ONLY on the grounds that I would have my weapons returned to me. Rather than fighting and probably easily winning the case, I accepted the deal (because I was told my guns would be returned to me). They were not... It was apparently illegal in the state of PA to return weapons to anyone with an active PFA.. Why didn't these lawyers know the law? After the deal was made, my ex refused to cooperate and alter the court order in any way and when any attempt was made to get her to cooperate, she would not. After months of delays, I was supposed to have a following up hearing in June of 2017.. That never happened once again due to my ex's manipulative nature, but the court order was decreased to 1 year instead of 2... So, I paid $1,000 for basically nothing. I could have went to the hearing myself and got out of the court order because my ex made false allegations and had no proof to back any of it up, but yet here I am out of $1000 bucks, and a one year court order over absurd allegations... Thanks a lot.

Beth Tibbott is an excellent DUI attorney who I rely on for advice and information when it comes to Western Pennsylvania DUI issues. I admire how dedicated she is to obtaining the best results possible for her clients. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience defending Western PA DUI matters, yet I see her at national conferences through the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, learning advanced scientific and courtroom techniques to further her already superior legal abilities, putting her clients in an even better position to obtain the best result possible. If you are thinking of hiring Beth, do it!
