I emailed Marc after a scamming tenant appealed the local magistrate's decision to evict her and award a judgment to me for the unpaid rent and court fees. At her Court of Common Pleas appeal, the judge ruled once again in our favor but gave her an additional month to remain in the property till the eviction can take place, at which point we will be owed over $5,000. As infuriating as this is, Marc explained that is very difficult to get any money off tenants who know the system, have little to no assets, and are determined to play the game to their own advantage. He said that unless you're owed in excess of $10,000, the cost of trying to recoup any of the loss is not worth the attorney's fees necessary to (only possibly) prevail. I truly appreciated his no-nonsense advice--save your money, learn your lesson, and do a more scrupulous job of vetting any potential tenants in the future.

Condescending and rude.

i called to inquire about a lawyer to get my security deposit back. they put me on the phone with an attorney who was incredibly rude, interrupted me constantly & wouldn't let me finish my sentences, and treated me if i was a criminal being cross-examined. if you want someone with toxic masculinity representing you, sure- call these guys.

A better Name for this Firm in my opinion would be Attorney's r Us. I first spoke to Marc on the phone who was condescending to put it mildly, but that wasn't who I saw when I went in there. I was told after traveling there from Pittsburgh "WE DON'T DO ANYTHING WITHOUT A FLAT FEE"! The only interest they have in anyone is in seeing how much MONEY they can squeeze out of someone to retain their SHARK Services. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, this Organization only have their own best interests in mind NOT yours. Thanks for NOTHING!! As for "Untimely Repairs" that Marc mentioned on the phone could be filed. I suppose that was their ploy to have a potential client come in to see how much MONEY they could squeeze or shake out of me. I went into the office seeking advice on a foreclosure of a house. The advice that I got, although Marc was not talking out of turn, he put a great spin on things that I could only determine to be a good scare tactic. After laying down how much work he was going to have to do in a matter of 2 weeks, he said " I'm not even sure I'm willing to take your case because of the time frame and workload, but it will cost you $5k up front to start." Even the best attorneys in the tri-state area don't have a $5k up front fee! That was followed up with that may buy us 6 months time and from there you are looking at another $10k from me at least." I left the office feeling completely overwhelmed and concerned about all the information he gave me without really hearing what my intention were and what may be possible. He also ended his conversation asking that I rate him on this site. I left there seeking other council and has worked out much better.

Marc and AAAL quickly followed through with an analysis of a proposed marriage settlement agreement between my ex and I. It was VERY EXPENSIVE though. WELL over $1,000.00. But in the end, they did what they said they would do, professionally and expeditiously. I recommend them.

Marc Taiani never once personally went to court for me as agreed. He sent some kid fresh out of school who was afraid to speak. I had to talk to the judges myself. They dropped the ball on the entire case and then had the nerve to ask for more money. Basically I feel cheated and would definitely advise you keep looking past AAAL to keep from wasting your hard earned money.

Marc really helped me out on my 2nd DUI, kept me out of jail and allowed me to keep my job. His staff was awesome, enough said.
