This office is a disagrace to the public does nothing for consumers. We do not reccomend this office to any consumer trying to get assistance. This office discriminates against consumers that are disabled with disabilities and numerous complaints have been filed with PHRC for Discrimination.

Cheryl A Mascio and Kathryn Passarelli, have jerked me around with my complaints against t.moblie they refuse to open and process my complaints for months and are rude , nasty and disrespected me over the phone telling me go make your complaints we are not going to open your complaints
I filed complaints with whitehouse and other government agencies and a private attorney stating this Attorney General Office is harrassing me and violating my consumer rights

Useless never returns calls never resovles or updates you on complaints never returns emails horrible office
