I agree she is disrespectful! Me and my fiance were on the phone together, because I was handling the paper work. So if she asked a question that he didnt know I would answer. She rudely replied "could you stop talking". LADY GET A NEW JOB!

Phenomenal community based service agency. The quality, careful listening and follow thru is extraordinary. I am always impressed with everyone i have had the pleasure of working with in their offices!!!! A must for anyone who cant afford legal services, even if on a sliding scale. Thank you to all their empkoyees who strive for helping and routing you to the appropriate attorney or person. Very efficient, organized and honest.

Legal Aid seems universal, that's not the case. If you need help with anything involving children services, they will not help at all. They didn't even point me in any directions. Seemed honestly to care less about the situation I was describing. I feel foolish for telling my friend I would help her get legal help no problem just to be stone walled by a service claiming to offer legal AID.

Did intake with Linda Duffy, my paper work with paralegal Jennifer herring and filing with attorney Wayne sarna. All were were nice and easy to work with. I turned in my paperwork on a Tuesday and the bankruptcy was filed that Friday I'm still in total shock.
