Cavanaugh for estate, probate was avg cost. His office told us they charge $5000 plus costs for a $100k estate. I went to Bonino instead, met with Marko Sylvania, honest, yes, honest. Told us $195 an hour, about 8 hours, plus actual court costs. turned out we did it without a lawyer. Took us an hour at the court room, calling the trib for a legal notice posting, filling out and filing paperwork through the mail.
