Joe Nicotero met with us at OUR convenience. He explained everything from start to finish. I even called him a few times afterwards with further questions I thought of and he always showed me professionalism and courtesy. Not only did he work with our payments, he took care of all of our paperwork in a very quick manner. I would recommend anyone to his firm.

I hired Joe Nicoterro in early 2018..to help me get my grandparents rights & visitation. I lost my son in Nov.2016, he wasn't married to my grandsons mother. JOE is the kindest caring man, he got my visitation set up & I was awarded partial physical custody. I was not happy with what the mediator gave me as visitation..5.5 hrs every other week, when I had my grandchild every single weekend from fri thru sun evening or longer..up to as long as 7-8 days at a time. I would never hear from the mother during the time we had him..to being given 5.5 hrs every other week..but..things worked out & we were having him again..every wkend & so on.
A year later I had to call on Joe again..now the mother was refusing my visits again..being in contempt of a court order. JOE AGAIN..helped me guiding me thru what I needed to do.. & he has worked with me on the financial part of this..accepting payments.
We will be going back to court again soon and I know Joe will use his expertise to help me get my visits back and to also get my visits increased or more.
Joe is a caring man with christian morals. I cannot say enough about the integrity I've witnessed.

i cannot relay to you any information about the lowden half of this office, because i did not deal with him. however, i would reccomend that absolutely nobody contacts joe nicotero for any legal help. this man took my money and told me i would be divorced within a month. that was 11 months and 3 weeks ago. i signed my papers, my husband signed the papers, there is absolutely nothing being contested. he simply did not file the paper work and it is causing serious damage in my life. not only did i give him almost $700, this man is keeping my family from moving forward.
