Let me first by start off by saying i'm not one to write reviews but this time I feel its very necessary and appropriate. I feel five stars isn't even enough to describe the representation Mrs. Fenoglietto provided me. Before I hired Mrs. Fenoglietto i was dealing with a very tough case by Allegheny county children services and i was looking at potentially never getting custody of my daughter back all due to "safety concerns" by the county. The moment i first spoke with Mrs. Fenoglietto i was nervous and unsure of what the outcome of my case was gonna be. Mrs. Fenoglietto insured me everything was gonna be okay, i had nothing to worry about other then the continue care I was providing for my daughter whos now 15 months old, and that she would take care of the rest. SHE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANYMORE TRUTHFUL WITH ME. During my battle, Mrs. Fenoglietto had always responded to my calls and emails in a very timely manner and answered all the my questions to the fullest. She is a very inexpensive and amazing attorney that i know for a fact i wouldnt have been in the position im in today. I now have regained custody of my daughter within 6 months on hiring Mrs Fenoglietto and today im starting a new life with no more children services involved. I can move on, raise my daughter and live with less stress thanks to the amazing effort of representation by Mrs. Fenoglietto. She truly knows everything that needs to be said and done for positive outcomes. Anyone who is in the situation i was in wheather you got Children serivices or custody related i highly reccomend you contact Mrs. Fenoglitto immediately. Rebecca is amazing! She helped me so much in my custody case. She was easy to talk to, very smart, and ferocious. She fought for me like she was family. I recommend her to any of my friends or family who are going through domestic disputes. Her prices are fair and reasonable and she puts her all into each case. While I hope I don't need her services again, I am very glad to have had her when I needed her.
