I was anxious and in a panic when I came into the office and Melissa was very kind to me. I knew when I talked to her that these werent the same people that were here before. She gave me very good advice and told me where I should go to get information and to do something about; the bad situation my grandson was in. I came back to let her know that I got help and am hopeful that there is a better life for my grandson now. Thank you.

This was the first time i had called this office. The woman who answered the phone explained to me that the office has just reopened and that they were trying to get volunteers to come and meet with people. Even though she could not answer legal questions she directed me to a very good information which i did not think would even be any good. Turns out I got the questions I needed answered and now I am not worried about my situation any more. I was so happy i called back to thank her.

Went to the court house to file papers to fight my land lord and was told to go to here. Lady in the office took me to different places to help me get the paper I had to sign and another paper so I didnt have to pay. The lady told me that they just opened and that she was new. I am happy I got help to file the papers to fight my land lord.

Ashleigh might just be the most rude, arrogant and in professional person I have ever met. They treat you like scum and don't even provide much help. Spend the extra $50 and hire a real lawyer if you can.

Horrible - just horrible attitude and lack of helpful engagement with the "employees" of this office.

This office is not creative, they initially rejected my case, in the most rude, unprofessional way, then, I won my case and could have used some extra help. God forbid this office step up. Initially, I was given a list of attorneys to call, and one lived in Ohio, a Pittsburgh attorney didn't know why his name was on the list, and when I tried other attorneys on the list, they were too busy. When I met with one woman, she was as stupid as a sack of potatoes. I'm actually sorry I didn't stop payment on the check I wrote to her, she was such a moron. The office was empty, and a county pro bono office in a rural, poor county, should be overflowing with clients and well-staffed. Funding is available for this type of group, but I guess that would require someone write grants and actually do some work.

They refused to help me because I was a victim who actually worked for my income. Also the woman on the phone was incredibly rude.

I've never experienced such unprofessional women in my life. If you decide to go through this office be prepared to be belittled, publicly humiliated and verbally abused. Amanda Stein should not have a job there nor should the extremely rude secretary, Terilyn. I wish there was an option to give them zero stars because that's what they deserve.
