Just got off the phone with lauren. Before hand I spent approximately eight minutes on hold. Do not waste your time on hold as they only offer to assist bankruptcy options. Certainly will put them on my do not use list and rest assure not reccomend this firm to anyone i know that may need help.

From the very first meeting with Ken Steidl I felt comfortable proceeding in this difficult time. Everyone I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous making me feel that I was in good hands.
They addressed all my concerns and questions promptly. Even when I felt i was a bit of a PITA, they assured me that it was all good and that's what they were there for!
