We approached George in 2016 to take over a matter involving a family property dispute that had started over a decade prior. Years of attempts to resolve a quiet title claim outside of litigation ultimately became impossible without it.

Attorney George Miller, although new to the game in comparison to more seasoned attorneys, was able to accomplish more than previous representation acquired years earlier for the same legal matter—representation that we ultimately had to dispose of after thousands of dollars and a year and a half of absolutely no progress.

George certainly had his hands full with a tale of family drama that would rival that of Hollywood, and I certainly did not envy the frustration that I knew would soon come his way—frustration that was clearly too much for our prior attorney. If you have difficult, unreasonable and argumentative opponents in the courtroom, George is your man. If there was a roadblock that the defendants could hoist in our path, they did not fail to do so. As infuriating as it was, George kept composed while acknowledging my own dismay, and he advised me rather effectively in how to handle the harassment and other unfortunate actions undertaken by the opposing parties during the litigation that followed.

George is thorough and effective in his communication, as he explained reasons for taking certain actions with which I may have had apprehension or objections. He makes himself accessible to his clients and provides detailed billing invoices that demonstrate time he spent on the case. Any objections or misunderstandings were easily cleared up, and I am grateful that the matter had been resolved within a little over a year of his hire. The rest of the time was spent tying up loose ends and drafting our property deed, which we received last month. For George to be able to resolve an issue that began so long ago in a relatively short time is rather telling in regards to his worth ethic, and my family and I are extremely glad that we approached Skala Miller Law Firm for our property dispute and real estate needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Miller regarding a private investment contract. I was extremely pleased with his attention to detail as I explained the structure of my plan and the expertise he was able to provide. He was able to share some important information regarding the liabilities and risks that my endeavor entailed and promptly provided me with a draft for my partners and I to review. The language was concise and covered all aspects our agreement required with very little revision. Miller never sent me additional information despite me going up and hand delivering my papers to his partner Skala. No letter to see if I still want to file for it or nothing not even an email. As of writing this now I haven't heard from him or their office since mid January and it's going into May.
