Very very disappointed in Attorney Peluso. I guess we should've look ahead of time to notice "Elder Law" is not in his wheel house.

That was the biggest waste of 1000.00 dollars to find out after the fact that nobody has to respond to anything in a particular matter, if we had known this day 1 we would've either 1. Used that money to take someone directly to court or 2. Did some further investigations on our own .

1000 bucks to write 3 short letters when they all couldve probably been 1 letter and not a single dollar, cent, nothing left over in the retainer? Wow I'm appalled by this . Its almost as if it's out of the question that someone would take POA behind family members backs for self gain.

Very disappointed. I highly advise anyone if you have had a loved one taken advantage of this is not not your guy, trust me.

Gino and his office have worked with speed and diligence as my attorney. I've had no problems and would hire him again if I need to.

I was nervous about the whole process but Gino was very compassionate and helpfull and put my mind at ease. I'm very glad I got him for my attorney . Not to mention that his assistant Stacey was great Amy munson

Mr. Peluso, and his personal secretary have been very helpful to me from the beginning when i first went in for a consultation with him, and up until the very end when i had my bankruptcy hearing today...7/20/2018.

With his help my credit score has skyrocketed by 150 points very quickly, and that is a great start , and he made all this possible for me, and help set me back on track again.

I highly recommend him, and would go back to him if such a situation would arise again in the future.

Don't EVER hire this man! He will make false promises only to take your money and then side with the ADA or DA. I hired him for a DUI and had to fire him because he tried to force me to take an unfavorable plea agreement. Once I hired a different attorney my ENTIRE case changed for the betterment of ME! This guy is a clown and may better serve as a public defender.
