In my opinion, if you are selfish and think of yourself over your children, Tonia is the attorney for you. I will never forget the tears in my husband's daughter's eyes when she was encouraged to sit in front of a judge as a stand against her father. What kind of adult makes a child do that? The system can be used to delay and minimize contact with a parent long enough to I believe cause negative long term effects on a relationship. I believe minimal time with a parent when the other parent doesn't support that relationship has devastating effects on that child's relationship with that parent. I believe Tonia didn't do anything unlawful or wrong, but I personally will never respect how things were handled. I strongly believe just because something isn't necessarily illegal, doesn't make it morally right. Note, this is all based off my first amendments rights to freedom of speech and a right to my own opinion. No facts stated, solely my opinion on what I have personally observed and believe.
