Would not recommend, promises the world and gives the run around in a very time sensitive situation. Has zero care about the parties involved. Only concern is money and how much you have. I have the amount that was asked to just repeatedly be blown off. My daughter was taken by CYS from my ex and I have a warrant for a pfa violation. Clear the warrant i get my child. He promised up and down he could and would do it. Now I'm sitting here looking for a new lawyer because he promised the world and delivered in none.

Tom is an attorney who not only has great care and understanding for his clients, but he is very creative, resourceful, and driven to win. He has a very in-depth knowledge of the law. Tom represented me and amazingly was able to save my career and keep me from losing my license. If you hire Tom you will not be disappointed and you will quickly realize he is great at what he does. I hired Dickey for my case and I couldn’t have felt like more of an afterthought the entire time. He asked for 2 continuances for the first two hearings and then stopped showing up to my hearings and sent other people in his place but would never tell me who they were prior to the hearings. I’d drive two hours to his office for a 15 minute meeting that he made me wait an hour in the waiting room for. I wouldn’t recommend as you’re probably already going through a rough time.

I hired Mr. Douglas Keating who will promise the world prior to being paid. After giving them thousands of dollars I was essentially ghosted. He did file a continuance once. Which is hardly worth a few thousand dollars.They will not give you any sort of documentation supporting what they’ve done to earn this money. I was informed that they do not have to do this. After months of unreturned phone calls and emails I decided to switch attorneys. I attempted to to get some sort of reimbursement for services Un-rendered but was then informed that I still owe them thousands and that since I’m am such a swell guy who served his country for the better part of a decade and that they would be so kind as to not take legal action to get this lmoney. This office will sell you every dream and promise and also promise to work hard but the 2 times I’ve seen him in 7 months I had to remind him who i was and what my issues were. I’m not sure if they’re just swamped from also be court appointed attorneys or if they legitimately just don’t care after being paid. Either way, do some research before hiring from this office. I essentially paid thousand of dollars to receive next to nothing. I then asked if he was “ok with legally stealing money” he replied that “it’s in the contract” and then also threw a “yes” at the end, meaning he’s ok with it. This is not a scathing review. I literally made an account just to give it. Thanks for reading and don’t make the same mistake as I did. There are plenty lawyers out there that are much cheaper and not swamped with so many cases that they don’t remember yours until they show up in court and pull out your file. You’ll also be one of nine people be represented by him that day.

Hiring douglas keating was the worst mistake I have ever make in my life. I hired him to represent my boyfriend who was arrested sitting in the passage seat while someone else made a drug deal unbeknownst to him. I paid him $2600 to do absolutely nothing. Keating failed to file transport orders and failed to communicate with us through the entire process. Keating never returned phone calls and when I went to the office he looked at me like I was a stranger. I finally fired him and found another attorney that actually care and has been in communication with me more in a week than Keating had been in 5 months. My boyfriend has only spoke to him out of the courtroom once. He never received his discovery packet and Keating couldn't even tell us what evidence the state had against my boyfriend. If you are looking for an attorney please look elsewhere, save yourself from making the biggest mistake of you life. He is a terrible lawyer and should be ashamed of himself. He is a crook and just save yourself the money.
