Update: Not only is he not handling my Dad's estate but he signed an agreement through the courts for certain things to be completed and then stopped communicating when they were not completed a month after they were due. Very unprofessional.

Horrible! He was to handle my Dad's estate. Failed horribly. Made me sign paperwork I did not agree with and did not follow through with what he was to do. He also filed incorrectly and did not advise the executor properly. Stay way! He stated he was frustrated with the executor and agreed with me. Then he states he isn't. Very angry and he over charged for his service.
