He is very rude and likes to hang up on people in the middle of a conversation. He acts like he is better than everyone. If he doesn't know how to treat people he should not have a career with working with people that is in need.

Very upset about the experience I had. I am urgently in need of an attorney and while trying to figure out how to explain my situation, the person I spoke to simply said "can't help you" and hung up. The whole conversation was carried out very rudely from their end. When I mentioned that I had found their number off a government website of low cost attorneys, he laughed. I highly suggest finding another place to go.

Jim helped us through a very complicated farming bankruptcy with disputes along the way. He and his wife were wonderful to work with. Without their help we would still be in a financial mess.

He forgot to do my federal appeal for ssdi by one day and I waited a year in a half basically waiting for a decision at the federal court level.. I was of course denied because of the tardiness Then they have the nerve to bill me for over 400 dollars for my medical records. Of course I'm disabled and have little to no money Of course you can't sue another judge. To summarize, he had 60 days to appeal the decision and missed the date...even though I pay them 20 dollars a month but charge me for a late fee... So my 400 dollar bill became 800. I'm extremely upset about it and luckily I am having berger and green this time so I believe I will finally get ssdi after waiting 5 years and applying 3 times. STAY AWAY!
