Tom Foor is a joke and a pathetic excuse for an attorney. At a last chance hearing to save my mother's nursing license at an appeal hearing at the state level Tom Foor failed to mention anything that we pointed out to him or asked him to point out. Each side had 15 minutes and was directed to request how much time he wanted to reserve for a rebuttal at the beginning .Mr Foor stuttered and stumble and used maybe a maximum of 4 minutes of the time allotted and then laughed about forgetting to ask for a rebuttal . Fraud, phony, and a complete scammer and the worst attorney I have ever heard of. He made the case even worse and looked like a joke. The decision hasn't even come yet and we know there is no chance for her because of this attorney. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! I wish there were negative stars because he doesn't even deserve one star. I wouldn't have let him pay me 5k for him to perform like he did let alone having to pay him. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT ELSEWHERE!!!!!
