I was in a accident.i spent 5 years with Paul Welch.i went to Dr..in Harrisburg and was promised $500 each trip.It was to be settled in arbitration .But that did not happen.because all my paper work was on his secretary desk and was not looked at.One week before court I had appointment with Welch. He wanted me to lie in court.and I refused. So he did not want to do case. The truth is he never one a case in front of the judge that was hearing case. And I wrote to the bar association. They found nothing wrong with what he did.Dont worry Welch I have not forgotten you.

Called just to ask a question, was told that they wouldn't do consult over the phone. Explained that I only needed a question answered, for now. And tried to tell her the question, only to bre hung up on. Very rude. It's a shame that you don't want to help a person with less then 5 minutes of your time. If it turned out we'd need more help we would've come back, but hang up, can't even answer a question, no thanks.
While working for State Rep Mike Hanna, I got to know these guys and worked with them on numerous occasions. They are a great bunch of guys that I still turn to for questions at times. Loved all of my time working with them from 1991 to present

I was lucky to have Paul Ryan as my attorney. I had never been in trouble with the law. I was thankful to have him and his wonderful staff.

I had asked "Larry" for a simple opinion related to starting up a new corporate entity before hiring him to form the corporation or LLC. Business Law is listed as one of their specialties. My concerns involved trade secrets, which I only know enough about to ask some questions, not to answer them with any legal finesse.
I was about to invest my life savings into a startup, and I just needed a few answers to questions regarding intellectual property I had inherited, as well as the trade secrets.
After a week of hearing nothing, I wondered what was going on, because a lot was pending on this opinion. Things were in motion, but now everything was waiting on this.
When we wrote to find out what was taking so long, he admitted he "had no idea" that there was a Pennsylvania Trade Secret statute, but that his associate had borrowed a book to learn about it. Seriously? When I questioned the value of the ensuing legal opinion, he freaked out, telling me that he didn't need a client with my "attitude". When I suggested that we should talk, he said, "No need to talk. I have no interest in representing you."
The lawyer doth protest too much, methinks.
Good riddance, Larry. I have no interest in your opinion.
