I actually have fairly good things to say about Atty. McBeth - I had a covenant restriction issue arise about 1 year ago, I engaged Mr. McBeth because he was in the Hyatt Plan network, and he gave good advice/assistance on moving the case out of District Magisterial court and into the County court system, where it was consolidated with an existing case that we had.

It is true that sometimes he can take a few days to circle back with a client, but guess what, every lawyer that has actual caseload and has to argue multiple cases before the bench is like that - at least that's been my experience with the lawyers that I've retained.

Horrible customer service. I went in with a legal issue with the assurance that I would hear back from them in one week. 3 weeks later, many emails and phone calls later, I still haven't heard a word. If they couldn't handle the case, a simple "I'm very sorry, but there's not much we can do" would have been appreciated. I would not recommend this attorney at all.
