Crisp and Associates is top notch. I had an incredibly slim chance of staying in the military (5-10 percent per my commander). I had nothing to lose, and did not expect a lot when I retained Kathryn to be my attorney. As a result of the legal work put into my case by Crisp and Associates, all adverse actions against me were dropped. I have been granted the privilege of continuing my service, and my circumstances have been restored to what they were prior to this incident. I cannot express how grateful I am of Crisp and Associates, and their dedication to the success of my military career!

Mr. Donald Gordon has been an absolute professional who was straight forward and to the point when it came to my case. He offered his opinion and communicated strong support of my case. Crisp and Associates offered a fair price to me in obtaining their services. I absolutely feel that if it was not for Don Gordon and his expertise, I would not have had the level of success in proving my case. I cannot thank him enough for his time, efforts, dedication, commitment, and resolve towards obtaining my results. I would, without hesitation recommend anyone who is looking for justice/resolution to give him a call!

I had a good experience with this firm. I was a witness for a friend's trial. The case was won with a not guilty verdict. This firm was successful in convincing the court of my friend's innocence. I recommend them.

Mr. Jonathan Crisp and Mr. Davis Younts are amongst the most trustworthy lawyers you could possibly find. I was falsely accused of four crimes that could have placed me in prison or removed me from the U.S. Army with a Bad Conduct Discharge. I knew that I had to find a law firm to help me with this situation. I did some research on the internet and came across their website. I read all their reviews, blogs, and all their attorney's information. It was easy to contact them even with the time differences, as I was in Italy and they were stateside. During our phone and email conversations, they would let me express how I felt about this matter and I would ask them so many questions about my case. They responded immediately and provided me details about everything. I really felt comfortable about them and I knew that I needed to retain their services. They represented me through my whole process: AR 15-6 Investigation, Article 32 Hearing, Motions, and finally the Court Martial. This was a year long process which was tough on me mentally, spiritually, and physically. Mr. Jonathan Crisp and Mr. Davis Younts presented my case with the upmost professionalism. I highly recommend Jonathan and Davis to anyone. They both are very professional, knowledgeable, and up to date about military law.

Bryan helped me through what I hope will be the most difficult days of my life. 3 months ago we finished the fight. I no longer feel condemned by the organization I pledged myself to. Today I talk about my military service with the same sense of belonging and pride that I did prior to needing his services. What I walked away with is my dignity, my time in service, and what I gave to my country. With his help I retained that. I can’t thank him enough, my review will never be enough, and the journey we went through will be with me always. It has helped me be a better person. I exercise grace, I practice gratitude. This has shifted the foundation of *who I am*. I faced my worst fears with his support and motivation. I am so grateful that he encouraged me to fight for justice, rather than taking the easy way out. How else can I say it? I’m grateful today and always for him encouraging me to trust the process. Thank you!!!

Bryan DePowell is a busy man. But he never forgets about his clients. He is very punctual and quick to respond when I had a question. Mr. DePowell is an expert with military law. It only took about 3 to 4 weeks for the DoD CAF to respond in favor to my security clearance. Mr. DePowell was very though and clear to my SOR response for a complicated case. I would highly recommend Mr. DePowell. He is an expert.

Bryan DePowell of Crisp and Associates, LLC, represented my 18-year-old son when he had legal trouble that resulted from poor choices he made during his active addiction to alcohol. Bryan knows the law well, but just as important to us, he actually "cared" about my son. He helped us come up with a plan to not only mitigate legal charges but to send him to a rehab facility that ultimately saved his life. Bryan told us the truth even when it was painful. His years as a police officer help him understand and translate the law from both sides. My son did not serve any jail time but had consequences that were fair, and in the end helped him to become a better person. He is four years sober today, and Bryan DePowell is one of the many people we credit with getting him there. We are grateful to him and recommend him without reservation to anyone in need. I wish I could add more stars to this review- HE IS THE BEST!

I would trust Crisp & Associates emphatically with any life-altering legal threats within my life. When I faced false accusations, Mr. Jonathan Crisp and his associate, Mr. Davis Younts worked tirelessly on my behalf. The legal process is something that most people are not familiar with until they are thrust, unwillingly, into it. You are caught off-guard. You are on your heels. You are bewildered. You need a team of clear-thinking professionals who know and understand the legal process to achieve the best possible results in your case. Mr. Crisp and his team are up to the challenge. I can honestly say, I would never wish the legal process of trial upon my worst enemy, but even so, I maintained an eerie sense of calm because of being flanked by Mr. Crisp and Mr. Younts. They had my, and my family's best interest in mind. They worked extremely hard and late into the night preparing for each day of trial in order to achieve the best results within the legal process. It was amazing to observe their passion for their profession as they eloquently communicated opening and closing remarks and as they executed chameleon-like personalities as they changed their attitudes and tact to engage each witness specifically in my defense. Results you ask? First of all, I acknowledge that I made some mistakes and I own those, but I fear where I would be today if the prosecution did not face the strong defense of Mr. Crisp and Mr. Younts when it came to the false accusations in my case. Additionally, one thing that they did within the trial process that will not be clear for some time, is that they laid the groundwork for appellate issues which could provide the basis for a complete overturn of the case in the future. They exhibited both the short-term tactical and long-term strategic thinking you want your legal counsel to execute on your behalf. If you are facing legal actions, I strongly recommend giving Crisp & Associates a call and having a conversation about your situation to determine if they are a fit for your situation. My only regret is that I didn't hire them earlier in the legal process. My family and I are grateful for Mr. Crisp and Mr. Yount's role in our life! Thank you guys!

That one and only review for the Law Firm Crisp& Associates in Harrisburg Pa was not written by a former or current client. Which is why it received a 5 Star rating and is its ONLY rating and review. This IS being wrote by a client. Crisp &Associates ie:Johnathan Crisp is the WORST most DESPICABLE bunch of morons Ive ever come across. Along with one of the lawyers who work there:Bryan De Powell who had once worked for the McShane Firm. Being an appointed client to this firm. The lack of ethics that these lawyers practice is disgusting. The lack of communication as contacting ones client does NOT EXIST. Mr De Powell had been respresenting me on a matter. Since being screwed once before by a maggot lawyer. And knowing who this counsel is. I recorded this counsel in the basement of the CourtHouse telling me that HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT ME ,as I signed a stupid piece of paper this court calls a 'Coloqy' in retrospect its a Plea Bargain if one agrees to plead guilt. I refused to plea to a paraphernalia charge that only cost me .99 cents and one just 15 dollars for the deal was to pay a$5000 dollar fine. Not be on this Countys corrupt County Probation thats treated as if one committed a felony and is on State Probation for a felony. Then an alleged 'retail theft' where no items left said establishment is NOT 'RETAIL THEFT!' Which is why DA agreed dropping alleged retail theft to a Summary. Crisp&Associates is HORRIBLE and they NEED to be terminated
