Very honest and pleasant experience in my brief encounter. I called him to get a consultation for a court hearing i had coming up and he gave me great legal advice and was honest with me about not needing a lawyer. He could took my money anyway even though i didn't need a lawyer. I was calling all round town looking for lawyers who were about to charge me up to $6,000 for my 15 min hearing. Until i stumble upon this honest man who advised me for free!!! If you want a honest lawyer with integrity then this is the man for you!

I can not say enough about David Hoover! I found myself in a very scary and unfamiliar situation. My only hope was my mother who lived all the way in Florida, other than her I was alone. Until she found David!!! From our first conversation I knew I was not alone and that he really had my best interest at heart not just his pockets. He explained everything every step of the way and was always available on the first ring to answer my questions and easy my mind when I was afraid. My mother was able to relax even though she was so far away, because she knew I was in good hands. David's knowledge of the law and procedures is unmatched! Best lawyer ever. I moved across the country while waiting for my governmental pardon and he handled everything in PA on my end. I won my pardon and immediately hired him to handle my expungement which he did with the same speed and finesse. I’ve be dealing with mr.hoover for a little over a year now and he has really gone out his way to help me with the legal situation I’m going through. Outside of court he keeps me up to date on everything that is going on with my case, he texts me to make sure everything is going well. Since the beginning he has been on my side reassuring me that I can do what I thought I couldn’t do. I really appreciate all the help he has extended to me. Helping me reach goals I thought I would not be able to achieve.
