My husband came to these people after his grandmother passed away (he is the executor) and the lawyer she had in charge of her will was MIA for months. They took the case. It is now 3 years later and they are still screwing him around with they’re incompetence! They keep asking him for the same information and paperwork they have already received and don’t feel like looking through the paperwork for! They have expected my husband to gather information from people named in the will, which the lawyer should be obtaining, i.e. people’s SSN#s!!!! Because of they’re ignorance, incompetence and complete lack of professionalism we have had to pay large fines in taxes on the account! However, they were kind enough to let us know they were going to give us a little break on their bill to this point. Unfortunately, the amount we had to pay toward the fines, due to them not completing this when they should have, were more then the discount!!!! Doesn’t quite seem correct since we are paying them to do an incomplete job!!!! If my husband dropped off info they asked for, they would complain he didn’t make another “chargeable” appointment to drop off usually the same info that he has already given them! Recently they called and said it was complete! When he called them to make an appointment, they now need more bank statements and they need to know what bank activity from 2015-2016 we’re from???? Do you remember why you deposited $4 into your account 3 years ago??? He has repeatedly gone over every single charge with them!!!! If I preformed my job the way they preform theirs, I would be quickly unemployed!!! They are not even worth the single star that I had to give to leave this review! We are completely disgusted with their incometance!

This firm handled my wife's Father's estate.Our biggest complaint is about the assistants that work for the attorney.There lack of professionalism and they are very rude.The attorney is payed good money to handle an estate so we should not have had to deal with rudeness and lack of professionalism from his assistance. So I feel there behavior is a reflection of the attorney they work for.
