On Friday May 24th, 2019 I was suddenly injured at my workplace. I realized the seriousness of my injury and realized I could not return to work to execute my job obligations.

Upon the intake interview I received a return phone call from Attorney Susan Henry, who represent Krasno and Krasno.

As I described and supported my situation, Sue took the time to listen and review my condition. Within a matter of days, I was seen by doctors who treated and diagnosed my injury, explained my medical case further, discussed treatment plans and further evaluations.

Through the entire process Sue was incredible, exceedingly caring and understanding of all aspects concerning my condition. When I had questions there was never no waiting time for her to return a phone call. I have been a client since 2015 for my social security disability case. I started with one lawyer who left but did her best to help me. The lawyer that took her place in my opinion is useless. He was supposed to send me forms never got them . He basically told me I won't get disability because I'm to young. Now he won't even return my calls. Very unhappy with this law firm.

Attorney Timothy Connolly was an Angel sent from Heaven. I just received my Fully Favorable decision letter. The main evidence was the letter he had my doctor fill out. Attorney Connolly made sure I updated the form and it was submitted fast. The form was submitted on the 5th of December and I was approved on an OTR (on the record) decision on the 11th of December. I didn't even have to go to a hearing. I really appreciated the one on one conversation to keep me informed. His response time is the same day when I had a question. I have never had a lawyer (VA or Divorce) respond that quickly. Thank you again Sir for being professional and patient with me. I really appreciate all you have done for me.

I had been injured at work . Had settlement ,then I was told to apply for disability and I did. I spoke with the lawyers and there staff several times . They were all fantastic. I had a terrible experience with this law office. The amateur that took my information asked few questions and kept even fewer notes. I received a call almost a week after I was promised a call back about my case saying that because of the information I provided I meet none of the necessary criteria needed for them to take my case. When the secretary reads the information to me I realize they have a tiny fraction of what I told them and the work history I gave them etc.. When I informed them of this the reply I got was a baffled "uhhhhhhh I don't know what to tell you" as a response and then told that they will contact me in a year to update me. Also, upon my initial visit there a lawyer and a few secretaries starting gossiping about personal information of one of the lawyer's client and talking nasty about him. I could not imagine what else they talk about behind closed doors.
