I was dealing with an Attorney who I felt was being dishonest and I sought out a second opinion from Larry Miller. I'm really glad I came here. Miller Law Group eased my anxieties during a rough time, gave me sound advice, set me back on the right path, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Right from the start we developed a trust in Larry Sr. He was honest and realistic in laying out the risks in pursuing a patent and remained neutral and objective. He accurately projected the expense in research, creating drawings, crafting a detailed description and allowing ample time for the lengthy process to succeed. Thanks to Larry Sr., our patent allows for 2 variations of our Secure Pass Thru. The Miller Law Group deserves high praise for honesty, integrity and a genuine down to earth atmosphere.

Would not recommend for custody cases. Does not ask questions pertaining to the case and lacked knowledge on the process. Was unable to even strategize an angle and left me feeling helpless when every other lawyer was easily able to recognize the faults on the other parties end. Terrible experience. His staff however, were willing to go over and beyond to try and help and had a better understanding of my situation than he did.

Update: After reading your reply to my HONEST review I am thoroughly disgusted. I was never asked to leave and by making this statement you are trying to imply a completely different scenario from what really happened. After having several long, detailed conversations with your paralegal, she felt confident that your firm could represent me in my custody case. We were well past the small details of the case and on to the technicalities and amount of time/time visitation I was willing to give. Once I sat down with Larry, he knew NOTHING about the case and didn't ask any relevant questions. Instead replied with "I will eventually get to that." I am a great mother and have raised my son from the day he was born. My only reason for retaining counsel was to keep my son out of a potentially harmful environment. The entire time I spoke, Larry only asked questions about my past relationship with the father (7 years ago) rather than the current situation. He seemed completely uninterested/bored/tired and said he was unable to help me without even knowing the situation in detail. Had he ACTUALLY opened the file folder his paralegal prepared for him, he would've had a better idea as to what my intentions were. After being told he couldn't help me, I gathered my documents and left. I was NEVER asked to leave. I would never recommend anyone to this firm. I have a simple custody case and I am going up against someone with a documented abusive past, criminal record, and he is not represented by an attorney. Yet, this one exceeded your expertise?

Hahahahaha I called Miller law firm in 6/3. Explained what I needed to get done and how the statute of limitations is coming quickly. I was told the secretary would get back to me that day and “Larry Jr” would call me Wed 6/5. I never heard from anyone. I called back the 2 weeks later, Thur 6/20 and spoke with the secretary again. She claimed “I don’t know why Larry Jr didn’t call you back” she assured me she would get back to me “by the end of the day” and Larry Jr would be calling me at noon on Monday.... we’ll, I never heard from either. I called back at 4pm today. A gentleman answered. He assured me Larry Jr was in a meeting and he would be sure to give him the message to call me as soon as he got out of his meeting..... it is 7pm. I Don’t think I will ever hear from Larry Jr. I need a guardianship of minor paper done up to file a wrongful death claim on my son’s death. I Don’t think they care. I will try a different lawyer tomorrow

Called to ask a questions about paperwork I received from this office, the older lady that answered the phone was very rude, did not have a clear answer, slammed the phone on me. When I called back she was defensive and rude.

Larry Miller Sr. and Jr. really took time to listen and understand which they gave me great personal and business legal advice. To me, it’s very comforting to know both of them and that they will always be there to help. I also have many patents which Larry Sr. wrote most of. In addition to his law degree he has an engineering degree that helps him better understand and write successful patents.
