Dissmissive and ignorant on initial phone call when I was trying to explain my issue. I dont know if HE misunderstood the question HE asked me but he got upset when I said "of course" and proceeded to hang up on me. Left me feeling confused at first then I realized I met people like him throughout my life and I get it. Just a heads up to what some of you might expect dealing with this guy.
