Michael and Felicia are proactive, knowledgeable and on point. Meaning, they analyze situations and give advice based on their professional experience and background. I can first hand say that every experience I have had with them - I have been told what expect and the anticipated outcome. Not once, have I experienced anything outside of what they prepared me for.
