Amazing lawyer for Family Law issues.

This women is the Definition of FAKE NICE, took my 6k retainer, Promised more than could handle, 2 months later I'm left with 10k bill with itemized emails and phone calls on it! Never before have I seen someone charge for a phone call to another lawyer especially not $150. a call! In the mist of the case I'm sent a 10k bill for what I was told the retainer would cover! Told they won't send even an email on my behalf without it! What else is there to say? Back to square one with no compassion or understanding at all! Also I was threatened to be sent to collections for a bill that had numbers I NEVER agreed to, all while STILL having no resolve for my case.

People like this have no fear in God and that is the trouble. Taking advantage of you're every last penny until you have none left. All sounds great until you get a bill of $350. for each email sent! Rubbish! All of it!

I feel like Linda lives in a fairy tale world and doesn’t understand the real world. It’s sad how some people can achieve so much through books but common sense was just never developed. If anything goes in my wife’s favor I will truthfully be astonished by the court system. I can god honest truth say as of right now I see my lawyer beating her on his lunch break.

I used Linda Shay Gardner Law Firm last year. I was immediately struck by her grasp of the issues, the depth of her knowledge and her wise counsel. Having advised me of my options I took her advice and the incredibly complicated matter she handled (with great discretion and compassion) was successful. A year later the resolution has proven workable, remains acceptable and I could not praise her more for her professionalism. Her ability to show compassion, while remaining aloof from the emotional aspects so she could do her job, was skillful and it gained my respect. God forbid I ever need another lawyer - but if I did - she would be my first stop. She really is what is best about the legal profession.

You are billed for every little phone call or email. Lots of the times the phone calls and emails are duplicated because she is so busy she can’t remember whether she sent an email or not. The billing is ridiculous. You will spend thousands of dollars on emails and phone calls with no results. After spending over $10,000 and having nothing situated with my divorce I had to part ways.

I thought that I will never see my kids back

I could go on and on about how responsive,patient and understanding she was. If it wasn't for her cunsolting me in this case i could have easily still not have been able to see my kids or be able to hold them in my arms, like now.
