I just knew that my daughter was so emotionally traumatized from what was happening to her at school that I was desperate to find anyone that could help us. My son was diagnosed with a learning disability when he was in second grade and me not knowing anything about it was going to the meeting the school would have and looking at his report cards and thinking everything was working. Then they stopped having me in school for meeting and just sent the paperwork home and me still not understanding whatI ws reading would look at his report csrd and talk to his teachers and assumed everything was going great!
