It's a pleasure work work with professionals, what a great organization.

Mr. Murphy has been unresponsive to a month about clearing up some liens on a property that I purchased almost two years ago and his office did the title on. I have received a run around and cannot get a straight answer. I am being forced to go to the title underwriter directly. My take on this as of now is they are sloppy and or lazy. Worst case is they are up to no good. Time will tell.
