Simply put, Michelle Farley is awesome. She has a sharp legal mind combined with excellent professional acumen, presence and decorum. But what left the most powerful impression on me, was the genuine compassion and personal investment she brought to everything she did. Her representation during our prolonged and emotional legal matter was a blessing for which we will be forever grateful. Look no further for an exceptional attorney and even better person.

Michelle Farley and the supporting legal team have been absolutely amazing. They have been fair, prompt, honest, and have handled everything with a professionalism you can only hope for these days. I would certainly recommend this law office to anyone looking for legal help.

I cannot be more pleased with my experience with the Fisher and Fisher Law firm. Michelle Farley is EXACTLY what I wanted and needed in a lawyer. I had very specific reasons for hiring Michelle over all the attorneys I initially screened (about 4 others).

1) Most importantly, I got the impression she understood my case and really cared about the outcome of the case. While I don't want anyone to take on the burden of stress my case inherently brings with it, I value the idea that my attorney feels empathy towards me, my daughter, and the struggles we've been through over the course of this case.

2) She is serious. When I say this, I mean that she does not come across as brash or impulsive. I don't need a cowboy in court. One of the other guys I consulted with really had a let me at em attitude, and while I appreciated his vigor, I need a lawyer that mostly shares my temperament and can be more of a balanced person when I am losing my patience.

I used to think...and I was often told that I must have an infinite well of patience. The last 4 years have depleted that almost completely and my reserves are in a critical state.

3) Michelle was by far the most professional lawyer I encountered. When I say professional, I am not talking about a cut-throat, win-at-all-costs kind of lawyer. I mean she was organized and gave it to me straight without being overly optimistic or pessimistic (The first lawyer I visited almost had me convinced I was absolutely screwed in local courts and wouldn't get justice until we were on Capitol Hill). I dealt with the cut-throat lawyer types on the opposing side and while the well-being of my daughter and my rights as a father are of the utmost importance to me, I wanted to fight my fight in court without resorting to making up malicious lies and slander. I need to win with integrity.

I hired Michelle to be the experienced guide through the Monroe County court system. All of my experience in court had been in Adams County, and I understood that every jurisdiction is different and ever judge is different. I chose Michelle and still utilize Michelle, because I trust her. I needed help fighting my fight, because I am not equipped to do it on my own. If there is a way to prove my case in court, I trust the Michelle would do the research to find it and would tell me...or reign me in when I am hot-headed and asking the impossible.

I am not one to jump from lawyer to lawyer. I need to build a relationship with my lawyer. My relationship with Fisher and Fisher (Michelle Farley) is solid and growing stronger every time I need counsel. I cannot recommend her and her firm highly enough.

I was just searching the net for a real estate lawyer and I saw Fisher and Fisher pop up and I laughed. I needed to hire a lawyer a few years back and I made an appointment with them. I went to the Mount Pocono office. It was a complete waste of time. I waited around and filled out papers only to meet with a man who had no brain. He was in a black suit, mostly bald, and had glasses. After listening to my problem, he told me I needed to hire a lawyer. I blinked a few times, looked around, and said "Yea, so where am I, exactly, and who are you supposed to be?" He was totally lost and useless. If the best Fisher and Fisher can do for someone is tell them that they need to hire a lawyer, then I'd say they are a total 100% failure and most likely this is some kind of racket for drug dealing or something. A fake business to launder money like in that TV show Breaking Bad.

I found out about Fisher Law offices in Cresco through the Barrett Township workers. The lawyers and staff made me very comfortable because they took time with me. For me that quantified the level of representation I was receiving. I was very happy because the work done was professional, communication was always open, and we were very pleased with the outcome.

After receiving legal services provided by Fisher Law Offices, I feel that I was treated very favorably and professionally. I initially heard about them by word of mouth. I found attorney Farley to be easily accessible and very competent. I never felt rushed by her as she always took the time to listen to my concerns. She then worked out solutions that I was comfortable with.

Michelle Farley has done an outstanding job preparing my last will and taking care of my family law matters. It's not really something I wanted to deal with, but the process was efficient and painless, and the price was very reasonable. She advised me on the best way to proceed with my family legal proceedings and what could happen if I didn't have the will in place. She knew exactly what the language should be used to offer my family the greatest protection in case I were to pass away.

Michelle is one of the finest family law litigators I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her knowledge of the law combined with the compassion she portrayed towards my family during my divorce preceding makes her a star above the rest in my book. I can whole heartedly recommend her for those with family legal needs.
