I left my corporate job to raise my children. As my youngest was preparing for her senior year my ex was preparing as well. He maxed out a home equity loan and put our house under water. Apparently, he had a secret life with his girlfriend. He convinced me that if I signed off on a bankruptcy he would come home, and we could work things out.

His promise was a lie.

We got divorced. Then I was involved in a bad accident that has left me disabled and disfigured. After three major surgeries my ex began taking me to court to cancel my health insurance, life insurance, and alimony.

I authored my first few cross motions and successfully defeated my adversary in court. This process was very difficult and required me spending many hours in the local college’s library.

After refusing to comply with the court orders from the cases he lost, my ex then turned up the heat hired a new lawyer and filed yet another misleading and lie ridden motion. I was outgunned and did not understand the cases that were cited as precedent.

I knew several friends who also were also abused and or cheated on who had a story like mine. They gave me Bill’s number. I researched his many academic accolades and was very impressed.

After meeting with Bill my instincts told me I had someone I can trust on my side. Someone who was supportive, capable, honorable, and very intelligent. It was like a weight was lifted off my soul.

I could not have been any more exact in my assessment of Bill’s abilities and moral compass.

When the court date came I was so nervous I was uncontrollably shaking. Facing my ex still scared me. Bill literally supported me and placed me in my seat. He then politely, but forcefully, destroyed every assertion opposing council offered. Piece by piece he annihilated their phony arguments. The end result was in my favor. The Judge even chastised my ex! For once he was on the ropes and it felt great!

I am once again facing another attack, this time a lawsuit by my ex. I will walk into court, no longer cowering or afraid, I have my champion and he protectants me. I thank god every night for bringing him into my life.

I went to this law firm because of the long history in the county. Great local law firm great local history

Charged me over $10,000 for a divorce and got zero results. They took advantage of a poor man and instead of coming to me and asking for another retainer check, they irresponsibly billed me almost $4,000 only to back track and "write off" charges when I questioned their process. They should have told me the original retainer money was used up and asked for more, not just bill me for results they could not obtain. As a result, I am now representing myself in my divorce with no recourse on monies already spent. I received four different bills for the same time period for four different amounts in the course of one week. They don't have any clue how to care for a paying customer. Steer clear of this firm. They give you their "ace" and then pass you off to another attorney if your matter isn't profitable for the firm. Every step of the way I was made to compromise and give up more. All this firm cares about is money. They are just as bad as the woman I am trying to divorce, almost as if they're collaborating to take me for every penny I earn. Zero stars!!!!!!
