Before filing, I was extremely nervous. So many questions going through my head. Went for a free consultation and all my questions were answered and left with a good piece of mind. I was also given a few books on questions and answers on the process and what happens after your 341 meeting which was great information. Mr. Laputka is extremely warm and friendly. Worked with Mary, the paralegal who answered every question I had and responded to my emails immediately which was great. Very affordable compared to other attorneys. Charles is a very knowledgable and experienced attorney. If you have debt problems you should definitely give him a call.

Save your money and go somewhere else. He did do a free consultation he didn't tell much. I think he wanted money before he would really be of any help. Just avoid him and save your money.

I had a great experience with attorney David Berger helping me with real estate issues on a rental property I inherited. He is a very knowledgeable, obviously sharp guy, and was very responsive to questions and issues when they arose. Any time I had a question he had the answer at the ready. His staff was also very helpful and nice when needed. I think they should change the name of the office to Berger and Laputka!

Avoid. Lost a simple case miserably all the while David Berger was overly confident the case would be thrown out. Used a lot of Technical lawyer jargon that left me confused until I received a letter from the courts telling me how much I owed the plantiff. Advised I should file an appeal but failed to let me know if have to pay 500 dollars JUST for the apeal to be filed and not including representation. Find a lawyer that can be straight up and save yourself the headache.
