I've personally witnessed Richard talk down to his clients in court. He's also used unethical, and likely fabricated evidence in a hearing, which shows he's willing to cross the ethical line. He also seems to contradict himself a lot, and backtrack whenever a judge or master puts pressure on him, which doesn't look good. All in all, considering reporting him to the PA Bar/Disciplinary Committee.
Happily, I will clarify your comments. I've been in your presence 3x, not 2x, and all in a court room, which provides me a sample size of 3 to compare my comments against. I believe that gives me credibility to speak to your practice, especially when your behavior and way of handling your clients is of more than one occurrence. I believe that's called a pattern. Additionally, it is your position that I've taken sides. I've offered both parties help, and that's their choice how they handle it, not yours. Coincidentally, I never said this was something that was discussed between you and that particular client, nor did I say you've broken attorney/client privilege, so don't put words in my mouth. However, as I stated in my review, this is definitely something you've said and used, yet claimed "I had no knowledge of", even though you've used the same document more than once. Thank you for adding the additional detail, which wasn't relevant (including your 1 "peer review" over your 35 year span), but my facts remain. Comically, your response doesn't address you talking down to your client, which you've done (again, in a pattern), and was witnessed in a courtroom by multiple parties. Thank you for your opinion.
