I was very impressed with the work of Bill Deni and the staff of the Deni Law Group of Flemington. My wife and I retained Mr. Deni to represent us a few months ago. We were not the easiest clients, to be sure, as we had a lot of questions and concerns. Bill and his staff were very reassuring and quickly put us at ease. An unforeseen legal issue developed that threatened the entire transaction. While there were a number of attorneys involved representing different individuals, Bill quickly took charge and resolved the issue to everyone’s satisfaction. His knowledge of the law and his negotiating skills are outstanding. If you need legal advice or representation from a team you can trust, I would highly recommend the Deni Law Group.

Bill is an excellent attorney. I don't know what I would have done, if I hadn't found him. You get what you pay for and he was worth every dime.

Bill Deni is the best divorce lawyer in the State of New Jersey. There were a lot of complicated issues in my divorce and Bill dealt with each one with ease. He is truly the best and I am so thankful that I chose him to represent me.

I met with a few attorneys before I hired Bill Deni for my divorce. I have never regretted my decision and would recommend him to anyone. He is very experienced. He is aggressive yet fair. He was honest with me regarding my expectations as to settlement. He was very well prepared and impressive when we were before the Judge to get me support while the divorce was going on. I was always able to reach him or his paralegal, Sharron. I've never been through a divorce before, and Sharron took the time to walk me through every step of the way so that I understood what to expect. If you are going through a divorce, you can do no better than to hire Bill Deni.

Bill is a powerful lawyer. He always made time for me and honestly answered my questions. His representation on my behalf was spot on. He worked out a settlement with my wife's lawyer and I didn't even have to go to court to get divorced. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I highly recommend him.

Gave attorney Bill Deni $10,000 flat fee to represent me. His signed agreement stated he would represent me up to the time of trial and if I decided to go to trial it would be an additional $10,000 and an hourly rate from there on. He did absolutely nothing for me and had no knowledge of my case. He showed up to a meeting with no documents pertaining to my case and didn't even come prepared with pen or note pad. Besides 2 sit downs, a few emails and several phone calls that's all he did for me. Several weeks before my arraignment with no reason as to why, he sent me a letter stating he could no longer represent me and referred me to the public defenders office. Totally unprofessional in regards to my matter. I was scammed by him and do not recommend him to anyone! Save your money and find a competent attorney with your best interest in mind.

I'm at a loss for words to describe just how excellent of an attorney Mr William P. Deni, Sr., Esq. is. It's been a few years since he handled my case, so I m not in the momentary throes of jubilation from anything recent.

I came to him after pulling my case from a VERY high-powered law firm in North Jersey. My case was not simple. When that first law firm handed over some of the interwoven issues to other attorneys in their firm, I realized they were just emperors parading around, wearing only gorgeous glossy advertisements and nothing more.

Mr Deni handled my entire divorce himself. It included sorting out ownership of corporations, federal contracts, state funds, plus the more typical residence, cars, etc. Toss in an ex-husband whose perception of reality became destabilized and stir. Mr Deni took it all in stride.

He was on top of my case the entire time. During my divorce, I went thru an emotional nightmare. Circumstances made me more of a "just let it go" client, not a "I want to hear my ex scream" type. Because I preferred to more or less "hide", my excellent divorce outcome was purely a result of Mr Deni's energy and efforts.

I really felt like he was my personal attorney. When things happened that required immediate action, he was already turning the ship well away from the iceberg.

Two things impressed me most.

First, I have an extremely sharp and detailed memory. But I am NO match against Mr Deni. His prowess comes from knowing all those little details about your case. If you have ever been frustrated by an attorney that seems to need things repeated every 6 weeks, you'll know what I am talking about. He also catches the "stuff"... the under-current... the issues no one stated, but are so important.

Second, I had no experience at all with legal matters. All I did was be deadly honest and did what I was told by his staff. So any "wins" were strictly the result of Mr Deni's work.

I can tell you this: you don't really know if you've got a sharp attorney until you walk out of the courtroom. I will show anyone who asks, the various decisions signed by the court that are so lopsided in my favor, that at one point, I feared my ex might commit suicide because of how everything he demanded was denied.

And not only is he a great attorney, but his paralegal Sharron Dallas is also a great person - nice, very sharp, and I can bet she's probably already taken care of whatever it is you just thought of.

The rest of his staff is equally great.

If you have an attorney already and don't think you'd be able to write a review like this for your current attorney, just call Bill Deni's office. Three separate friends had recommended him to me, before I switched. So think of me as three of your friends. ;)

It just takes a letter to the court to switch attorneys. And don't feel bad about switching. It's YOUR divorce. It's going to forever change YOUR life. There are no do-overs.
