As a first-time Executor, I found myself completely overwhelmed by the probate procedures and estate tax laws. The estate process for Pennsylvania, and Federal tax laws can be very confusing. My friend, Tom Panzer referred me to Stephanie Henrick for assistance and guidance. Ms. Henrick and her staff were not only knowledgeable and professionals throughout the entire process; but they exhibited extreme patience and compassion for my endless questions. They were able to thoroughly explain the laws to me and guide me though the steps of the probate procedures. I would strongly recommend Ms. Henrick for anyone executing a will, or in need of estate planning.

Horrible services. Horrible handling of my child's special education trust funds. I needed her workers to be paid timely, and they constantly sent their payments delayed. This led to her workers quitting, and her missing out on her education opportunities. When I transferred my daughter's funds to a new firm, the new firm reported a mishandling of her funds. All of the invoices were disorganized and not itemized in any way. I am very disappointed in doing business with these people.

I have always found both the Doylestown and Norristown law offices good to work with. Over the years we have used them for various legal issues from estate and will planning, business evaluation and automobile accident lawsuit. This office is a little closer to my previous home address and only lacks the parking lot that is available at the Norristown office. This office however, is conveniently located a very short walk (1/2 a block) from the Bucks County Courthouse.

I met with Linay Haubert with my disabled sister so we could discuss my sister applying for Social Security Disability benefits. Linay was WONDERFUL! She could NOT have been more kind and compassionate! Her patience was ASTOUNDING! My sister is not easy to understand verbally but Linay NEVER made us feel uncomfortable or rushed or difficult. She was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and informative. She took lots of time to meet with us and never treated us like we were taking up too much of it. She helped us by phone when we had questions afterward. She kept us both up to date as things progressed and even reached out to us to see if we were doing okay and if we had any concerns.
