A pair of vipers - 1. allowed buyer to breach contract without notice; 2. misrepresented at closing then became incommunicado; 3. accepted settlement check at closing, not certified, as did not know difference; 4. charged over 3 times agreed fee, no documentation, receipt, or explanation.

Save your money. He spends more time talking about his own personal issues than yours. Not very attentive to keeping up to speed on your case. Can never seem to keep on the same page on the issues you have to deal with. Always seems to be going back and forth on things. When it came time to go to court, you really didn't know where you stood. But than in the end, he wanted more money for doing less work than originally planned.
