We arrived for my daughter's birthday. Your app check in was an awesome option and it reduced our lobby wait drastically. The location was understaffed, the service was slow and my food was burned. The available staff was friendly and polite, the burned item was taken off of my ticket, but I could not request a new item due to time constraints so I left hungry.

They took my case, appointed me a lawyer JOHN SWEET and did absolutely nothing for me he even withdrawn my appeal ( MY ONLY CHANCE AT A APPEAL ) as he never returned calls or answered them, I caught Mr. Sweet in a few lies and then to cover his but or for whatever the reason was let me go...FIRED ME...!? then approximately 3 weeks later he either quit or fired his ads, and I'm still stuck in the same predicament..... I believe there should be a investigation into the shadynes of this company......Dont use them

Ask to see what services they provide they don't provide them all.

Had to use them 6yrs ago in a Landlord/Tenant situation and the Attorney I had was awesome!! Always on time, professional, and won my case!!!

I filled out the form on line for legal help with a custody matter . North Penn Legal Services called back with in a feed days. I no longer needed their services. I feel confident that if I do in the future that they are a reliable resource to pursue.

Thay layed some workers off..now thay are short handed to help anyone.

Straight forward conferences of my situation which is what I expected why two civil cases, and a notarized paper missing from my packet on the only case I was aware of. Not sure and not there responsibility. Pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable, courteous people to offer assistance.

Tried for 2 consecutive days and different times between 9am-4pm..

Constant phone tag with this firm for just a simple consultation- I've given up at this point for help with the issue I called about. I feel badly for anyone pursuing help thru them with any family court issues.

Lawyers are hostile and angry. They act like their job is some form of punishment. I was yelled at for leaving a voicemail and sending emails after hours. Mostly Spanish speaking employees.

They provided me with free legal service during a very hard time and I will always be greatful for that.

If I could give this place a negative 5 star I definitely would!!!!! I've tried calling this place since 9 am and no answer, phone don't work, no receptionist, no answering machine. When I got home I just now got my letter to attend on the day I was suppose to be there. So when I called, again, and finally got a hold of someone they made it out to be my fault and then a joke on top of that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's not my fault the women that work here can't do their job correctly or even be there on time. For all this hassle I should have just went on my own and actually do what needed to be done. terrible terrible people!!!!
