Do not use this firm. I was given Micheal McFarlan for my legal matter. He did not listen or follow my wishes. He acted without my approval. He would give me discovery, ect. that needed to be done immediately and then do nothing with it for a month. He would be late on things and then give me and the opposing counsel lots of excuses. He failed to confirm a deposition cancellation requiring me to settle without a counter.. He cost me alot of money in his fees and I would have been much better off representing myself.

Since it's overhaul of management a few years ago this place has a great selection of legal professionals that are diligent, caring, attentive. They stay in continuous contact each step of the way, clear explanation of each process, personable service, not robotic. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend having a consultation with them before you choose your legal representation.
