I can't say enough about the tenacity, professionalism, and resolve Paul Aaroe has for his clients - and will have for you and your case ... I know, obviously firsthand. We went to a district court trial, then a plea to Northampton County [driving under suspension, DUI related - 3rd offense, albeit, the first two were from 2000-2001, and the 3rd stemmed from a chemical refusal 3.5 years ago] ... anyway, long story short, after multiple continuances - Paul could have just shut it down, said 'Donnie, your not getting better than 90 days work release, pal, accept if - you were initially facing 2 years] ... BEST. OUTCOME. EVER. No Jail, No work release and no loss of license [albeit, there were many mitigating circumstances in my case] Paul Aaroe will do everything possible to get you the best resolution to your case. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I am new to the area and did a google search on attorneys in the area. Aaroe law offices came up so I made a call to schedule an appt. Nancy gave me a consultation regarding a child support issue I had to deal with. She was brilliant - thought everything through and came up with a strategy to not only fix my CS issue but also other post-divorce issues. I signed up for her to represent me that day! She not only took care of my CS issue, but she is also following up to make sure all my matters are closed. Nancy represented me in my divorce in 2008. Then in 2016 she represented my ex husband in his divorce from his second wife. In 2017 I was having custody issues and I consulted her to represent me. When I called and made the consultation appointment, I asked if this would be a conflict considering my ex husband with whom I am having the custody issues with had also been represented by her. I was told that it had nothing to do with me, and his divorce from his second wife did not involve any custody, so it would not be a conflict. I met with Nancy for about an hour, explained my situation. She said she would like to represent me in the case, but she wanted to make sure it wouldn't be a conflict. She called me the next morning and said she thought it might be a conflict, but she wanted to confer with her partner and she asked me to give her until lunch time to make a final decision. That was on a Friday. I did not get a call back until 4pm on the following Monday, not from Nancy, but from her secretary, who told me that attorney Aaroe feels it would be a conflict to represent me in the case. I feel that real conflict was that she should have never represented my ex husband in his second divorce after representing me in my divorce against him. Very unethical.
