Used these guys a handful of times. Each time was a great experience, quick, and painless. Typically in out and within 10 minutes. I moved and didn't update my license yet and they filled out a temporary change of address for me without even asking! They know what they're doing and how to take care of their customers.

Thanks to a dealer error, I had a plate/vin mismatch issue I have been dealing with since August with the DMV. After many emails back and forth with the wrong forms being given to me to send in and hours on hold trying to get the correct info, I was fustrated. After being pulled over by the local police for a so called "bad tag" I went in to Express Tags for help. Chuck and Matt spent well over an hour trying to figure out how to resolve the issue and were able to finally get my plate reassigned and renewed to my Jeep. They know there stuff and if anyone is going to fix a DMV issue, even when the DMV doesn't seem to know how, these guys will. THANK YOU!!!

I have done many title transfers here and will continue to. Matt and his guys are great and very helpful. They know the answers to every question and are very efficient with the paperwork. Never a bad experience here! I will continue to give them my service for many years!

This rinky dink operation is terrible. I did paperwork recently there and it is now a month later and still no title. I called Penndot and they finally received paperwork 14 days after "express" took my money. I believe it would have taken even longer if I didn't call "express". I only went there because of these reviews online. Must be written by their buddies. Go elsewhere, do yourself a favor.
