Do you ever have that moment in life where you've given up, then someone brings you back to life? That's what happened when i encountered Mr. Simone, He is calm, collected, good hearted, encouraging and knows what he does. And, if he had some doubt , he will spend sleepless nights doing his research . I Was charged with a crime, since i was a permanent resident(green card) holder, i was put on removal proceedings with immigration (ICE) which meant i was to be deported. I consulted with a few lawyers who told me that they can't help me because my case was tough and they saw no hope...that, it was definite that I'll be automatically get deported . So, when Simone looked at my case, he told me it was tough, but he'll tackle it the best way he can. He filed a motion to dismiss on a technicality which was not an easy thing.
