judging solely from the lack of proper communication, consideration, follow through, and disorganization on this law firm's part, i would strongly urge anybody to reconsider handing their case over to the lawyers at this clinic. not only did one of the head lawyers here switch our appointment without first advising my mother or me (considering i'm working directly with her as her translator), but he also apparently assumed that our schedule would be completely tailored to his. any successful professional knows that they're the ones who work for the client and need to get the OK from the client first before changing anything up on them, not just assume that the client's schedule will be catered to what they suppose to be true. at least this happened before the initial consultation was ever orchestrated in person, saving us any major headaches in the future, had we chosen to move forward with the lawyers at this firm. the fact that this happened showed us the amount of care(lessness) that the lawyers here would've had with my mother's case. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone - and the fact that they did this on an initial consultation shows how much of a joke this law firm is. i have proof of the email exchanges should anyone want to take a glimpse at the major lack of professionalism on this firm's part and confirm that everything i'm saying is true. all i have to say is good luck if you happen to choose them!
