We were referred to this lawyer so we could probate my parents estate. He and his office were very helpful. He was realistic about the time frame. He helped us get the paperwork to him. His staff was very understanding since we were not in New York. A very sad time in my life, but this office made the probate as easy as possible.

I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist is
RUDE, seemingly for no reason. Instead of forwarding the call to someone who could help answer my questions she aggressively reassured me that she is not a LAWYER and simply the receptionist and can not give advise. Its sad that she doesn't realize she represents a law office so, if she can not answer questions or provide appropriate feedback simply transfer to someone who can.

This has to be the worst law firm ever! Not only was I on hold for 20 minutes but once the lawyer came on for their "free over the phone consultation" it almost felt like I committed a crime! This guy was so rude and unprofessional, made me feel humiliated for the questions I have asked, this is a sensitive matter in my life and I have never went through any paternity proceedings so obviously I had questions! If you want to feel like your $2500 retainer fee will be wasted on a lawyer who clearly does not care for your needs...then you found the place! Never in my life have I written a review on any bad experiences that I might have had, but this just had to be done! The worst experience ever! If this service was free I would still deny it! Maybe you guys should have some sensitivity training! I respect up front and straight to the point people but this guy was just indescribably rude!
