Here is my story for those looking for details:
I started looking for a new property a few months in advance of a scheduled business trip. My plan was to buy the property, get contractors in, and when I was back everything was ready. Or so I thought.

After some searching I found something I liked and decided to put an offer in. Unfortunately, the other agent and seller were not serious so after weeks of waiting I withdrew the offer, I had a business trip coming and was worried about the timing. I cant wait on them forever...

I found another home two weeks later, offer was accepted. I was ecstatic to close, hired Peter. He moved at lightning speed with the documents and if I remember correctly I had the offer accepted Thursday night, by Saturday 9am we were hours from closing. I've worked with attorneys in the past, Peter runs laps around them. His expertise and professionalism was outstanding.

However, with my luck, two hours before closing, some other offer came in and I lost the house...

I was distraught and losing hope that this was my time to buy. Thankfully, Peter was there to re-assure me and told me this happens sometimes (more often than I thought) and lifted my spirits. Again going above and beyond to help me make this happen.

A few days later, I found a third home and quickly placed an offer in. Offer was accepted, Peter moved with the documents to close. This time the home had an oil tank and Peter warned me about inspections, etc. He was on top of all of it, tweaking the contract a bit with his guidance, we finally signed off (officially this time). Closing came shortly after but at this time my scheduled business trip had arrived.

Peter is unresponsive, very weak in arguments, rushed, scattered, and unprepared in court. He cannot get any good results, he looses most arguments even after you give him the facts, he can't negotiate, , When meeting with the judge and/or his adversery, he just sits down and listen and convey to you what they want, instead of fighting for your rights. He is overwhelmed with his case load and only addresses issues when they are emergent. I lost my rights due to his incompetence. I had an absolutely horrific experience with Peter and hope this review will save others from wasting their time and money on a terrible attorney.

Peter was helping us to close a house deal on Rutherford. He sent his first rider (Attorney Review) on 25th April 2016. He did not CC it to my realtor (what I have requested for). He has received the reply on 27th April 2016. He was so BUSY that he did not let us (the realtor and myself) know. Eventually I came to know from my realtor (what he got from the Seller's realtor) that review was done and Peter has received it on 27th April 2016. Miserable !!! Anyway we lost the opportunity to have the contract for the house (since Peter is so busy) on 2nd May 2016. He tried to reach the sellers lawyer (many many time over the phone) and did not hear anything back from them! I have reached the sellers lawyer twice (I have called twice). No clue, why could not he reach them !!!

My point is, you should let your customer know about the details of the communication (once you have received it). My conclusion is NO to this lawyer. HE IS JUST BUSY !!!!

I heard nothing but good reviews from this attorney so I figured that I would give him a try. BIG MISTAKE. He did nothing that he claimed to do. I gave him thousands of dollars and got nothing in return. I came to find out that he is a discriminative attorney. If you're not like him he really doesn't want to be bothered. I would call and call to get some type of information and for months all I got was the receptionists saying he's too busy or he's waiting for information about the case. Which was really nothing. Never again. If you need a real attorney this is not it!
