This law firm charged my company card $2000 . I don’t know how they got my card number. I never hired them nor contacted them. charge was reversed but law firm sent my credit card company empty retainer and blamed me that I made the charge. I am autistic it is very difficult for me to speak and I contacted the law firm but they tell me they already handled with credit card company. It is just crazy because everyone seems to take advantage of me. review will be updated

The level of service was superb - they paid attention to detail and established a great line of communication so I could ask them anything. Did not have a good experience with them. In my opinion - very unprofessional! I initially sent an inquiry via their website - explaining my situation and asking whether they can help. The response was that they can definitely help me out and to give them a call and schedule a time. So I did. At the call - I once again explained my case and booked an appointment with the receptionist. Of course, since they do not accept appointments on the weekend, I had to take a day off of work. When I went in their office - the receptionist was nice enough to ask me to wait, while the lawyer was sitting in his office with his legs up the table. For me personally - that's a bit unprofessional when you have glass doors. After waiting for a bit, the lawyer came to me and told me that they do not deal with cases like mine and he suggested I see a different lawyer. Absolutely unacceptable!!! They could have easily told me that over the phone and save me the trouble of going there. When asked why I wasn't told that in advance - the lawyer was extremely rude telling me that I never said what my case was, since it is not in his notes.
On top of that - several days later I get a text message - a reminder out of nowhere that my monthly payment is due ... I would not recommend this company at all ..

Zlata Berman, is very unprofessional, she curses like a gangster, and very disrespectful towards her client. Once she takes your money, that’s it, she wish to see you going down so she could charge you over and over again! She wont refund your money when she can’t do the work, she rather put you in more trouble. There is no honest lawyer in Spektor Spektor Law group period, they all lie and don’t even have the art of speaking, with very poor vocabulary.

When my husband first went to see them they explained everything to him and approximately how long each process was going to take. Our messages was always passed on to the person even if they were not there when we called. We mostly dealt with Zlata, she kept us updated via emails & phone calls. I am very happy to say that my husband got his green card in a shorter time than expected!!! We DEFINATELY would recommend others to them.

Worst experience ever. 2 years ago I contacted Spektor, Spektor & Berman, P.C to start my political asylum. They request me to pay 1000$ to accept my papers and start work. I sent it. After 2 weeks I called to ask how it's go and they said my lawyer now out of country. I tried to reach them next 4 months. But no result. After one year I hired another lawyer.
