Mr Fletcher was able to obtain at the first court hearing an ACD ( adjournment in contemplation of dismissal ) for my case which wasn’t an easy one.1 day of community service and 6 months later the case was dismissed and records sealed. He was the entire time very prompt to answer all my questions, honest about the case’s prospects but at the same time reassuring. During a time of extremely high stress having him as an attorney gave me the hope and contributed to the strength I I needed to continue working and wait for the hearing and then resolution of the case. Where can i start?? I received a desk appearance ticket and didn't know where to turn. I did my online research, sat with a few lawyers but no one stood out. When me and my husband went in to talk with him, he listened to my every word, pain very close attention to detail and gave me different scenarios on how this could play out. Lance was truly amazing. I can't thank him enough for all that he did for my DWI case. He somehow managed to get my very high BAC (so high I am embarrassed to mention the actual amount) down to a legal limit for NJ so I didn't ever end up losing my license in NJ. He also stuck it out with my case for almost two whole years. He was always there and always on time! I can never thank you enough for the outstanding job you did on our case. My mother who has never ever come close to a police officer was arrested. I can never describe what we went through during those 24 hours. I have worked with some great corporate lawyers so I know how to chose the right one. I quickly found Mr. Fletcher online and contacted him immediately not even considering the time difference at being after business hours in NY. He however spoke with me and explained everything.
