Staci Cosner was very nasty and arrogant and shouting on me despite I told her I am disabled. Was very offensive and had no manners and was abusive while talking to me. Such firm can give no help to their clients who can't be compassionate listeners to disabled clients. I called them to hire and she was rude and not even ready to listen and extremely nasty woman. Very bad firm. Do not hire them. They are fraud. She refused to give any help and was yelling at me on the phone all the time and had no patience to listen to me.

Cosner Youngelson ATtorneys fim took care of all my needs questions and concerns Rebecca and Laura were a great team and walked us smoothly through our closing on our home. Mr Alan G Cosner was my attorney. His hourly rate is very high but I trusted him at the very beginning since he kept telling me that he is a profession in tenant and landlord cases. However, I used up my $1500 retainer in 5days for just a couple phone calls, emails. He didn’t give me any useful legal advices. Now my case is getting worse and I lost my $1500. Any working person must know how hard it is to earn $1500. But I lost it, I guess I have to pay for my careless trust.

My consultation with Mr. Cosner was horrible. He was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I felt he was discriminating towards me because he asked what religion I was and that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. And to add insult to injury when I asked why he was being dismissive about the evidence he pulled out a bank roll of money from his pocket and said when u show me some of this then we can go further. He got a call during our consultation at which he then took the call and had a full conversation during my time. I just left. This guy is all about money and not concerned with anything else.

If you are going through the Hyatt Legal group plan, they are not very supportive in my opinion. Cosner's tone changed as soon as I mentioned that I'm coming through a Hyatt Plan. What appeared a simple transaction to him suddenly changed to a very complicated case ( its a sale of a condominium). This is completely my opinion and my first impression talking to them wasn't great. I will not go with them. Thanks.

Please don't hire Lawyer Staci Cosner as your divorce lawyer. I hired her thinking that high price lawyer will do a great job. She charge me 300$ per hour and let most of the stuff to her junior lawyer. She didn't even came to the family court on day of final hearing where a negotiation took place with my X-Wife's lawyer. The junior doctor did a bad negotiation and now I am paying the price of it for next seven years

Staci Cosner handled my mom's affairs a few years ago and she was wonderful. She handled everything professionally and efficiently. I reached out to this firm to get some basic details about how they work with clients. On the phone, one of the partners, Marc Youngelson, accused me of "price shopping" and "trying to get free advice," which was certainly not the case. He was also confused as to whether my name was "Mr. Wong" or "Mr. Wu" even though he had full access to all my contact info. This was a horrible experience. Run.

I have never dealt with lawyers before, but thanks to Marc and Justin, they made my experience much easier for me. They were very patient with me, even with the many questions I had. Very affordable, and I will forever turn to them with any future legal matters. I can't thank them enough for their time and patience with me.
