We have some issue with the developer due to our previous attorney incapability. For this matter, we have interviewed almost ten real estate litigation lawyers, but we were very frustrated. One group of lawyers pretended to know how to deal with the issue without reading the contract carefully. Another group of lawyers seemed to be incapable to solve the issue after reading the contract. Mr. Wachtel is different from neither of them. He read the contract carefully and found the point of argument, which shows that he is top real estate litigation lawyer from our experiences. At the same time, he is really understanding human nature by providing a reasonable quote, which shows his good heart. If we have to choose real estate litigation lawyer, that would be Gary for sure. We are very comfortable talking to him. We would like to recommend Mr. Wachtel without any reservation.

Horrible. Unprofessional is an understatement. Gary should not be lawyering. He is highly disorganized and will not give a hoot about your case, even when you’re paying his hourly rate. Worst of all, he comes into the office with severe mood swings everyday so you don’t know what you’re going to get. Stay away!

I called and spoke to Gary J Wachtel. He was very rude. I explained my situation about what my landlord had put me and my family through and I asked for an appointment to sit down and explain the whole story since its a long story but he didn't give me the chance and he told me that he "can't" help me and he hung up the phone. Very very rude and By the way he sounds I hope I never come across him or anyone like that ever again.
