scammers. all them are scammers. they use public records to find your numbers and your alternate numbers to harass you and shame you.

bad bad people. they called my phone, they called my daughters phone, they called my husband's phone.

the person who called me is called alberto soliz. if this man calls you giving you false information, please report him to the police.

Don't trust this place. They're fear mongers. They look up your information via public records/tax information and they call and contact you with lies and deceit. Beware, do not trust them.

I also noticed that they are claiming that people who reviewed negatively about them are "fake" and do not have reputable sources, so I've decided to edit my post and add screencaps to prove how many times they've called me.

And this is only my line. They've harassed my mother and my father, calling over and over and over again without any means of stopping.

I doubt anything they say is real, do not reveal any personal or private information through the phone.

I know there are lots of people who get triggered or run into anxiety quickly, please take the time to do some research before you buy into insane propaganda.

Call your mortgage company, speak to supervisors, ask what attorney your mortgage company is associated with. These simple steps will save you from harassment and needless worry.

Please stay away from this office. Alberto Soliz and this office scammed my father-in-law. Took 5k promising to do something that was never done!
They looked up his property information and called over and over - told him there would be a certain outcome, $5,000 later- nothing was done.

We dealt with Wells Fargo who misrepresented their guidelines for a loan modification for 7 years. Down to our last strike, we met with Brian and his team. Brian's staff helped us get both a temporary modification and then a permanent modification. They are thorough, fair, and professional. You want bedside manner, see a hairdresser. You want to keep your home, see Brian and Dan Harris. Absolutely would recommend them to friends and family. When it comes to legal matters its really is about results.

Brian take $26,000.00 dollars from a widow with two young kids to save her house, he lie to her & he said the bank ask for 25,000.00 to stop my foreclosure the bank never ask for that money, also to start the case he take $5,000.00 from my hand . He negotiate & make all decision on his own also tricked me in signing the finish documents. Now even year my mortgage rates goes up & I am paying a lot more than purchase price for my house is I am still struggling this man is a beast.
