FRAUD!!!!! FRAUD!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!
Went to this attorney regarding a letter threatening to garnish my wages from a certain bank and Lawsuit against me. I told him I was never served and didn't know I was sued so how am I liable. He told me that this bank was serving people improperly during that time and action was taking against them and their attorneys by the Mayor's office etc.
He said that he would file an order to vacate the judgement and the judge should dismiss it because it's well known etc.

He was hard to reach for a period in time and when he finally responded to me after all the calls and emails sent he said he was in trial etc.
Then he said the judge dismissed the order to vacate because of insufficient proof or something along those lines. I said well did you mention the many improper servings that were done at the time I was served and that's when all communication stopped. HE NEVER RESPONDED AND FOR MONTHS I TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING HIM TO NO AVAIL.
1 Year later I get a Judgement notice saying they will begin to garnish. I took a shot and emailed him again complaining and to my surprise he replied asking for me to send him the letter. I sent it to him and that was THE LAST I EVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I tried to take matters into my own hands and was told by the courts I need a letter from my attorney ABEL PIERRE in writing g stating that he no longer represents me.
I explained how the man just no longer replies without explanation or cause and they said there is nothing they can do. SO HERE I AM 4 PAYCHECKS GARNISHED! Because of this FRAUD!!!!!! I couldn't even hire another attorney even though I CALLED AND LEFT TONS OF VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS REQUESTING THAT HE GIVES ME THIS LETTER SINCE HE IS UNINTERESTED IN REPRESENTING ME, But still no Reply. Now I have to work every chance I can for overtime to have enough money after my wages are garnished.
I DON'T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL. HE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried giving him more than enough time to make it right. It's been over a year now.

He is excellent. Period. I was completely skeptical about contracting his services because I currently live outside of New York and was uneasy about someone handling my affairs without me being instate to stay on top of things. I had no need to worry. He was thorough and efficient. It was a long drawn out process but he hit every deadline and stayed the course.
