I would give this law firm a zero star if I could. But the system does not allow me to submit my review if I did not give it at least one star. I should have checked out the reviews here before visiting this law firm. Almost ALL the reviews written here are low rating and negative. I am not surprised. This Connor guy was rude, arrogant and condescending. He would ask me questions as if none of my answers were true. All the answers I gave him were true. I do not understand why he would doubt my answers, as if I was lying. I am glad that I back out and not use this law frim service. I was very annoyed discussing my issues with this Connor lawyer. After visiting this law firm, I decided to go to another law firm asking for the same service. I got it with absolutely no problem. Had I signed up to use this Connor guy's service it would have been a nightmare, especially what he charges.

They have been rude and spiteful. We have been put on the pay no mind list. The junior attorneys called and screamed at my sister (who is very ill) and spoke to her like garbage. We had planned to use them for our own wills and estate planning after this if it went well but the writing is on the wall they intend to stretch this out and maximize billable hours for as much as they can. If they continue dragging our situation out longer we will be contacting the NYS Bar Association

They called me about a job application I submitted to them, and when I called them back the very next day, Christine kept putting me on hold and then abruptly said the position had just been filled. From the reviews here and on glassdoor.com, it looks like I dodged a bullet.

My wife and I have just completed an estate plan which involved a Trust. We found both the professional and support staff to be on the ball. Their fees were reasonable as was their response time. Mike Conners is an especially noteworthy source of information regarding estates. His free seminar which he gives periodically around NYC will likely get your interest as it got mine. I now have some peace of mind as our years accumulate. I wish you all the same.

This firm did my Mom's trust for us many years ago. Every time I call including today, I spoke to Adriana, they are very helpful, understanding and allow me to ask all my questions. I have been in touch with them at least 5 times during 2019 for guidance selling my Mom's condo.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM. MR. Connors is the most egotistical pompous jerk I ever had the displeasure of dealing with! If I could give him zero stars, I would.

This law office is very rude and unprofessional!!! I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY TO THIS PLACE!!!

My brother and I met with Mr Connors and an Associate in February to discuss creating an estate. He advised us on how to best proceed. We also discussed wills. At the end of the meeting we gave him a 50% deposit. After many unreturned phone calls and two months’ time we FINALLY got preliminary paperwork on the trust but it was NOTHING like what we spoke about and nothing at all about the wills. After more unreturned calls we sent a written request for a refund. They refused saying they did work for us. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional as well as UNETHICAL. I strongly suggest moving past them when seeking legal services. I will file a formal complaint.

Don't do it the worst....

I can't say enough about this amazing firm and the wonderful people who work there. The firm has helped 3 generations in our family flawlessly. At every turn they been there for us. I reccomend them highly

I actually used to work here and was regularly talked down to by the attorneys and made a scape goat when the attorneys made a mistake. I felt the negative atmosphere the way you feel cold air coming out of the AC. I don't wish for anyone to go through my experience, even the people I strongly dislike.

Misleading and slow

Haven't used them but keep on receiving their advertisements addressed to my mother who died 20 years ago. I've called many times to have her name taken off of their mailing list but this never happens.

This place is terrible took my money years ago and when I call them for my copy's that I signed they talk to me on the phone like I'm a piece of garbage talking to a computer that only knows how to repeat herself.. I need some papers and I wanted to pick them up and they need 24-48 hrs, it's Thursday 3 pm, they will have them by Tuesday.. that's 24 hrs?? Slow terrible service I feel like I'm in Pennsylvania - Slow.

Not happy at all with this firm. I did not hear good reviews about them and they are all true. They are thieves.

Due to poor customer service on 3/24/16 I will no longer be using your services thanks to your secretary putting me on hold during and emergency situation. I suggest you "fine tune" your hiring process so that potential and current cliental are addressed accordingly. It was your Brooklyn and Middle Village Locations. This review required me to put one star, if possible I would put you in the negative.
